Assistant Flood & Drainage Infrastructure Engineer

The Infrastructure team at Pembrokeshire County Council have an Assistant Flood & Drainage Infrastructure Engineer opportunity, working with the forward thinking Municipal Engineering Team. 

This is a full time position, focusing initially on assisting in the assessing, development and delivery of schemes and initiatives that contribute to the duties of the Flood Risk Management Authority. The role will be involved in dealing with schemes related to planning and development advice, flood prevention and mitigation schemes and assisting in the development of SAB and SuDs development This is a key role continuing to build on the team’s achievements to date and the ongoing commitment to making Pembrokeshire a great place to live. Whilst previous experience and knowledge in the flood management field is desirable, we encourage and support development so a determination to learn and progress, seek out solutions and be self-motivated will be key.
